Whichever career path you decide to embark on after university you are likely to need communication skills to work effectively with managers, colleagues and clients.

FDM Group’s Communication skills for the workplace is your chance to discover what to expect, how to prepare and how to excel!

You will learn about:

  • Different types of communication skills;
  • The best ways to communicate at different stages of your application process, from start to finish;
  • Common mistakes and faux pas.

This workshop gives you the opportunity to gain an insight into what it will be like to work within a commercial business and how to act and communicate within the workplace.
