FDM Group’s Communication skills for the workplace is your chance to discover what to expect, how to prepare and how to excel!

You will learn about:

  • Different types of communication skills;
  • The best ways to communicate at different stages of your application process, from start to finish;
  • Common mistakes and faux pas.

This workshop gives you the opportunity to gain an insight into what it will be like to work within a commercial business and how to act and communicate within the workplace.
