Careers Interviews:

Dr Elizabeth Matthew wants to remind all finalists that there is still time to arrange a Careers interview.  This could be particularly beneficial to anyone who is still undecided about their future direction.

If do find yourself undecided do take the opportunity to book an individual interview with one of the Careers Advisers before you leave Reading either by visiting the Careers Helpdesk in Carrington, or booking an appointment via My Jobs Online.

Graduation:

We hope all our finalists are looking forward to graduation next Wednesday!  Don’t forget that the ceremony is at 2.30pm, so you should be aiming to arrive at around 1pm (to allow time for getting in to robes, have formal/informal photographs taken etc.)

Weather permitting, there will be an informal group photograph of the new single and joint History graduates straight after the ceremony on the grassed area immediately to the right of the footpath leading from the main exit at the back of the Great Hall. Please assemble there for just a few minutes before joining your guests. We’ll post the photo on the Department’s Twitter account to mark the occasion.
